Want to make Earth Day really special this year? Get out into the Fort Worth community and participate in one of the many events designed to celebrate our planet and promote environmental awareness. Clean-ups, plantings, festivals and more offer us the unique opportunity to take care of our part of the Earth, and Bice’s Florist wants to offer you the chance to do the same at home, too. Taking care of our immediate environment is a great way to teach our kids (and remind ourselves) that preservation and conservation are key to keeping our planet healthy, happy and beautiful. This goes for our home environment too.

After a day spent taking care of our community, bring home an Assorted Planter. This can be put right in the center of the table as decor for an Earth Day dinner. Serve up a fresh salad and a locally-sourced meal, then gather friends and family around to enjoy the abundance. There’s no better way to show appreciation for the Earth and its natural resources than to admire its plants and flowers and to eat what it gives us.
