Orange Cream Chiffon

From the outside this cake is a work of art, wrapped in a patterned almond jaconde and topped with clear glaze and sliced fruit. Inside you'll be treated to a remarkably light chiffon cake laced with the juice and zest of fresh oranges, layered with whipped cream, creme fraiche and more orange. It's a treat for the eyes as well as the palate!
